When selling your property, prospective purchasers often request indicative floor plans to accompany the particulars. We are able to provide annotated and coloured plans measured in meters and feet. These can either be sent direct to your estate agent or presented as an additional insert when viewing a property in both digital and hardcopy formats.
Measured building survey
When conducting works on an existing building it is important to obtain accurate layouts. Our measured building survey provides accurate and detailed plans, elevations and sections. The drawings are fully dimensioned and annoted and can be provide in an AutoCAD format or scaled hardcopy.
