Once Architecture is able to conduct a survey of your property in order to provide an Energy Performance Certificate (otherwise known as EPC), which is required for rental purposes or to form part of the mandatory Home Information Packs (HIP's) when selling your property.
Following the success of this service, we can now also provide Non-domestic Energy Performance Certificates for commercial use in and around East Anglia and the East of England.
Our independent Energy Assessor is fully accredited and you can rest assured that with our extensive knowledge within the construction industry we are able to provide an accurate and efficient survey of your property.
